Nunzio comes from Sicily and obtained his cook diploma in Italy. He has been living in Switzerland for 11 years, and works in an Italian restaurant in Lausanne.
Nunzio’s dream is to open a pastry shop. He is passionate about innovative textures, original flavours, and novel shapes, which can be discovered through tasting his cakes.
